Regardless of sport, we prioritize creating learners and lovers of movement that can score, defend, track, chase and evade. Thus, being the MOST ATHLETIC individual on the field/court/track.
We will sprint as fast as possible, as often as possible, while being as fresh as possible. We will lift with intent, lift heavy weights fast, and lift lighter weights faster. We will jump high, jump far, bound, bounce and skip. We will react to live variables, change directions, and make critical decisions at game-like speeds.
